Pillars Community Health is pleased to announce that we have moved to our new administrative office headquarters at 5220 East Avenue, Countryside, IL 60525, from our locations at 23 Calendar Ave in La Grange, IL, and 333 N. La Grange Rd in La Grange Park IL. This move was determined after a lengthy search for a new centralized office location that could have all the administrative offices under one roof, bringing people together for better communication and collaboration with additional room for future growth.
