Temporary Changes Amid COVID-19

  • COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing: Pillars Community Health is administering the vaccine with partnering counties and following the guidelines set forth by the State of Illinois’ vaccination plan. Click here for more information.
  • For all other medical and dental appointments, call 708-PILLARS (708-745-5277) to speak with a representative at our Health Center. We can still offer many of our Medical and Dental services (including well-child checks, pediatric dental exams, emergency dental care, dental procedures, school and sports physicals, child vaccinations, medication refills, ER follow-ups, psychiatry, mental health appointments, and more). Depending on what you need, we will recommend either a virtual “telehealth” visit or have you come into the office. NOTE: These visits are held in a different building from COVID-19 testing.
  • We have also introduced curbside visits for our patients with diabetes and/or hypertension. If the provider approves a curbside visit, the patient will pull into our curbside space in front of our Health Center at their scheduled time. The medical staff  will then check blood pressure, temperature, and/or other relevant vitals and labs from the passenger side; the provider will then relay results within 24 hours on a follow-up telehealth call.
