- Annual exams, including breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears to screen for cervical cancer
- Free pregnancy tests
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- HIV testing and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) testing, treatment, and counseling
- Birth control counseling, education, and prescriptions
- Basic infertility screening and treatment
- Low-cost medications available through our 340B program to uninsured patients
- Referrals for a mammogram or colonoscopy
- Complex medical care coordination through referrals to specialty hospitals
- Behavioral health screening and treatment and psychiatric services
- Treatment of menstrual disorders
- Osteoporosis treatment
- Management of menopause symptoms
Patient Portal
The Patient Portal enables our patients to communicate with our doctors, dentists, nurses, and staff members quickly, easily, safely, and securely via the Internet. Participating patients are given secure User IDs and passwords, enabling them to access the Portal to view their personal and private documents, including lab and diagnostic test results, referrals, educational information, and other health information.
