What is the Patient Experience Committee?
The Patient Experience Committee is a dedicated group of patients and their family members who use their personal experiences to provide valuable feedback to our Board of Directors. This committee plays a crucial role in ensuring that your needs and priorities are reflected in our healthcare services, program designs, and outreach efforts.

Patient Experience Committee Interest Form
This position is intended for persons who are patients or family members of patients at the Pillars Community Health (PCH) health center. Patients can use their experiences to provide insight into the needs of people seeking health services, their priorities, and the relationship of these needs and priorities to healthcare services. PCH Patient Experience Committee members meet quarterly to provide important feedback about PCH services to the Board of Directors. This position will ensure that personal experiences are integrated into program design, quality improvement efforts, and to promote community-based outreach efforts to ensure people in need of health care have access to the care they need.
