Traumatic Brain Injury and Strangulation: We will analyze how intimate partner violence, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and strangulation intersect. We’ll explore how and why intimate partner abusers use strangulation as a tool of power and control. Participants will gain an understanding of next steps to take when TBI or strangulation may be factor in a relationship for someone they know.
