We want you to think of Pillars Community Health as your medical home—the place where you and your family go to receive care from high-quality doctors, nurses, and medical staff. If you or your loved ones are experiencing sickness, same-day appointments are available at our Health Centers in La Grange and Riverside. We also provide specialized medical services for adults, women, and children of all ages (see below), including low-cost prescriptions. And we can refer patients to our Dental Center for dental care, Benefits and Enrollment for eligibility assistance, Behavioral Health for mental health services, and other services across Pillars Community Health.
We want to get you the care you need, when you need it, and are committed to eliminating barriers to care, such as language, income, or stigma. Services are available in English, Spanish, and Polish. For other languages, language assistance lines are available in our Health Center, and sign language interpreters can be called upon for assistance.
All patients are welcome regardless of health insurance status or age. Staff are skilled at creating a comfortable, stress-free experience for families with children. Click here to meet our providers.
