Resources and Support
We are working hard to ensure all people have equal access to the care people need, when they need it. To that end, we are providing resources—in addition to services—to help our communities address challenges.
Pillars Community Health has both formal and informal partnerships with community groups, social service agencies, hospitals, law enforcement, and schools within all of the communities we serve. If we cannot provide a requested service, we will refer you to another organization for help.
