Pillars Community Health (PCH) is proud to announce that the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has awarded our Federally Qualified Health Center two Community Health Center Quality Recognition (CHQR) Badges for 2025.
HRSA, an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, funds health centers to expand access to care in underserved communities. Every three years, HRSA conducts a detailed review of health centers’ governance, clinical services, and financial operations. Following our successful site review, PCH received recognition for both Improving Health Care Access and Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality.
Improving Health Care Access
This badge highlights our success in expanding services and reaching more patients. PCH achieved measurable growth in total patients served, including those receiving mental health, substance use disorder, vision, dental, and support services.
Advancing HIT for Quality
This recognition celebrates how PCH uses technology to improve care, including offering telehealth services, securely sharing information with other providers, engaging patients through digital tools, and collecting data to better understand community needs.
These awards reflect the dedication of our staff, partners, and supporters who make whole-person care possible every day. Together, we are ensuring that more people in our communities can access the compassionate, comprehensive care they deserve.
