The Summit Community Health Fair (Nov. 19, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Valladolid Banquet Hall) offers free screenings, benefits help, safety resources, and local partner connections—open to all.

Join us for free, drop-in health and wellness support—no appointment needed. Meet Pillars Community Health staff, connect to resources, and learn about whole-person care in our community. Privacy will be respected.
What to expect:
- Free health screenings: Blood pressure checks, diabetes education, and dental resources
- Benefits & enrollment help: Support applying for Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace insurance, SNAP, and registering for Pillars Community Health services and appointments
- Learn about services: Medical, dental, behavioral health, crisis support, domestic and sexual violence services, substance use services, and more
- Mindfulness & wellness activities: Coloring, journaling, affirmation cards, sensory jars
- Domestic & sexual violence support: Survivor services, resources, and advocacy information
- Safety resources: Free Narcan (Naloxone) with overdose-prevention education and free gun locks
- Community connections: Meet local partners including NAMI Metro Suburban, Age Options, Aging Care Connections, Morton College, BEDS Plus, The Loft at Eight Corners, and Buddy’s Place
Who should attend: Summit residents and neighbors—everyone is welcome.
Language access: Staff available in English and Spanish.
