Join us as we are host our sixth annual principal Domestic Violence Awareness Month event, our Survivor Speak-Out. During the event, our Silent Witness exhibit will be displayed, with each silhouette representing a real-life victim killed due to domestic violence. We aim to give a voice to those silent witnesses alongside our survivors. During the presentation portion of the event, our staff will discuss the various services we offer, survivors of domestic violence will bravely share their stories, and regular donors / volunteers will be recognized for their generous hearts. At the end of the presentations and testimonials, there will be a designated time where community / audience members are invited to share their stories, poetry, artwork, songs, etc. Please note that, due to the pandemic, and in order to ensure the health and safety of our survivors, staff, and community, this event will be held virtually.
