This online one-hour training provides an introduction to the issues of domestic and sexual violence for cosmetology and salon professionals.
This course is open to all barbers, hair braiders, nail technicians, and instructors thereof. This program is a licensed IDFPR CE sponsor (License No. 290.000032); participants will receive CE certificate upon course completion.
Participants will learn how to recognize signs of abuse, and how to provide support, resources, and assistance to clients who are survivors of interpersonal violence.
