Pillars Community Health\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pillarscommunityhealth.org\/es\/services\/servicios-para-la-salud-del-comportamiento-y-de-apoyo\/\"><strong>Servicios para la Salud del Comportamiento<\/strong><\/a> are accredited by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carf.org\/home\/\"><strong>Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities<\/strong><\/a><strong> (CARF)<\/strong>. We have received the highest level of accreditation at each survey since 1995. In December 2018, we were again awarded the highest level: a Three-Year Accreditation, through October 31, 2021. According to the CARF website, \u201cProviders that meet our standards have demonstrated their commitment to being among the best available.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accreditation\nprocess included confidential interviews with clients and partners, on-site\nobservation of operations and service delivery practices, review of\norganization policies and procedures, and other requirements. CARF accreditors\nsurveyed such services as outpatient mental health, crisis intervention,\naddictions services, and employment services for people experiencing mental\nillness. Standards needed to be met for everything from strategic planning and\nfinancial management to technology, outpatient treatment, and quality records\nmanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surveyors noted\nthat Pillars Community Health \u201cis well respected in the community, and clients,\ntheir families, funding sources, and community partners voice a high degree of\nsatisfaction with the services provided and the organization\u2019s business\npractices. Pillars Community Health has exceptional leadership, staff members,\nand board members that together create a culture of accountability,\ntransparency, and mutual trust.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Areas of strength\nnoted in CARF\u2019s report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u201cThe\norganization has outstanding policies and procedures to guide its fundraising\npractices.\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cIt is\napparent the organization has a solid practice of good listening and then\ntaking action to respond to appropriate feedback.\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cThe\norganization\u2019s performance measurement, management, and improvement system for\nprogram outcomes is outstanding.\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cThe\nclients consistently reported high praise for the services and help they had\nreceived.\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pillarscommunityhealth.org\/es\/sobre-nosotros\/accreditation-and-recognition\/\">Click here to learn more about our accreditation and recognition across services.<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pillars Community Health\u2019s Behavioral Health Services are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
