This year\u2019s Power of One Award<\/strong> was presented to UChicago Medicine\/AdventHealth Medical Group Westchester<\/strong> for their long-standing partnership and exceptional support of community health. Dr. Ken Nelson<\/strong> accepted the award on behalf of the organization.<\/p>\n
