LA GRANGE PARK, ILL \u2013 Pillars Community Health is thrilled to announce the acquisition of a new health center location at 321 N La Grange Road in La Grange Park, marking a significant step forward in our mission to provide integrated whole-person care to our community.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 14,500 sq. ft. health center is located in La Grange Park and strategically positioned near Pace Routes 302 and 330 as well as the BNSF Metra Trainline, making it a central hub for comprehensive healthcare services. This milestone reaffirms our commitment to delivering culturally conscious, high-quality care that addresses the diverse needs of our patients under one roof.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The site will house an array of essential services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and physiatry, all conveniently accessible in one location. This consolidation of services aligns with our vision of creating greater access to care for our patients and fostering a holistic approach to well-being.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To further enhance the patient’s experience, the new medical office will undergo renovations to create a trauma-informed space. These renovations are designed to ensure that our facility is welcoming, calming, and supportive, providing an environment conducive to healing and recovery.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
