There was a taco truck from Tacos Los Jarochitos, drinks, churros, music from a paired down LT student Jazz Ensemble, Deplorable Behavior, and updates on all things PCH. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With Pillars Community Health entering its second century, there was a lot to taco-bout at this event. Hosts Eric and Becky Spratford, CEO and President Angela Curran, and Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jennifer Swoyer spoke about their involvement with Pillars Community Health, current initiatives, and the impact PCH has on the community.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cI truly believe that there is no more impactful charity in the Chicago area. Pillars Community Health affects positive change by caring for and empowering so many people in so many ways,\u201d Eric Spratford said while speaking at the event. \u201cThe group we gathered here today will be crucially important as we enter our second 100 years.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Taco-Bout PCH was a great time to reconnect with the community, indulge in delicious food, and learn more about what\u2019s to come for Pillars Community Health.
