All of us are on a mental health journey, whether we are experiencing emotional wellness or symptoms of a mental illness. Did you know? One in four Americans has a diagnosable mental illness, and each year we work with more than 5,000 individuals receiving Mental Health Services.

At Pillars Community Health, our goal is to give all people—regardless of how they find us or their current state of well-being —access to a variety of services to encourage stability, health, and independence in the community. Care is integrated with our Community Health Centers to ensure those patients also have access to Behavioral Health services.

Our Outpatient Mental Health Services include:

Outpatient Mental Health
Through office-based, home-based, and community-based therapy, children, adults, and families can learn to improve their overall mental health and functioning.

Childhood and Early Childhood Mental Health Services
Pillars Community Health offers specialized mental health services to children.

Older Adult Services
Pillars Community Health offers therapy and case management in the home, in office, and in the community for adults ages 60 and older.

All treatment starts with assessment of symptoms. To create an environment of ongoing support, our clinicians then make a plan for each client individually, to determine how often the client should be seen, suggest ways to cope, and create external supports.

Breaking the Stigma

One in four Americans has a diagnosable mental illness. Yet 2/3 of individuals with mental illness go without treatment, due to an inability to access care or stigma about the illness. Pillars Community Health works hard every day to change the perception of mental illness. We are available to provide education to the community and regularly provide outreach through presentations, health fairs, and partnerships.
